SwissNow - Manage Multiple Environments in ServiceNow
SwissNow is a lightweight toolbox for ServiceNow. With it, you can manage multiple ServiceNow environments. You can access your data in the toolbox through a local database, which is encrypted with AES. The toolbox supports both, on-premises and cloud versions of ServiceNow.
To manage multiple environments, you can use the SwissNow toolbox. You can select the selected update sets, domains, and scopes to get information about the environments you are connected to. The selected update sets include information about the update sets that are currently used in the selected environments.
Additionally, you can switch to the selected environment. Using this feature, you can select the same record in another environment, so you will be able to view different versions of the same data. You can also compare the selected document with the records in the list. To add information to a record, you can add extra fields, for example, the date the file was created or when it was modified.
SwissNow can also create a global search and generate GlideRecord code for the selected queries. With these features, you can find files that match your query. Additionally, you can watch a list to get a notification when any content of your list has been changed. You can also add records to an update set to get a notification when the data is changed.
To cancel a long-running blocking transaction, you can use the option. Additionally, you can create a context menu for your ServiceNow UI. It will include a search menu that allows you to search global search.
You can also add an arbitrary record to an updated set. It will add the data to the update set.
